INSIDE SALES

Main goal – Identify business opportunities.

Recurring activities:

  • Manage and keep the CRM up to date;
  • Conduct calls and video conferences with Inbound and Outbound leads and Sales Performance;
  • Develop sales opportunities through qualified leads;
  • Perform diagnostics and demonstrations / presentations of commercial proposals;
  • Follow up with opportunities;
  • Have a sense of urgency and be very consultative;
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast;

  • Be a resilient, motivated, competitive, organized, results-oriented person who can manage multiple contacts;
  • Be a proactive person, very focused, interested in the Communications and Technology market;
  • Work well in a team;
  • Logical and quick thinking;
  • Good persuasion and argumentation skills.

Requirements:

  • Inbound / outbound knowledge;
  • Experience in recurring B2B sales;
  • Have experience using CRM software;
  • Have read books on sales (SPIN Selling, Predictable Revenue, etc.);
  • Have certifications in Inside Sales (Hubspot, Oubound Marketing, University);
  • Impeccable oral and written communication.

Desirable:

Fluent English
Certification in Inside Sales (Predictable University, Gama Academy, Reev and etc…).
