Main goal – Manage the approvals and scheduling of social media and blog posts.
Recurring activities:
- Test the linking of all publications before scheduling.
- Check the publications and the text of the images for any Portuguese mistakes before scheduling.
- Approve blog, social media and Social Engagement email content with customers.
- Schedule blog and social media posts for all customers.
- Review all schedules after configuration in Mlabs.
- Verify that all schedules have been properly posted on the customers’ respective social networks.
- Set up SEO data in WordPress on each client blog post.
- Insert at least one CTA promoting educational material (ebooks, infographics, guides) per blog (
- Publicize blog posts and social media publications in strategic groups on Linkedin and Facebook.
- Use strategic hashtags in all social media posts.
- Follow contacts and like followers’ posts on customers’ Instagram.
- Connect on Linkedin and like posts from contacts that engage with customer posts with Social Engagement.
- Assemble monthly report on quantity of social media posts and Social Engagement for specific clients.
- Report weekly on activities and difficulties to the Head of Strategy & Digital Innovation.
- Update Asana online and daily [maintain task status, tick completion, make appropriate comments, and keep the card date up to date].

- Attend social media alignment meetings with clients.
