Outbound Marketing Specialist
Main Objective – Serve clients in a consultative way and create strategies focused on results and value generation.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers on a daily basis via various communication channels, with regular meetings and calls;
- Keep deliveries on schedule with customers;
- Have in-depth knowledge of the solutions, the ICP, and the customers’ needs;
- Assemble the digital planning for new clients and revise it whenever necessary;
- Create and manage the tasks sent to the internal team according to each client’s priorities;
- Update, configure and register data or content in marketing and active prospecting tools;
- Monitor and assist the work of the Commercial Intelligence team;
- Assemble analytical reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in social communication, advertising & propaganda, marketing, journalism or public relations;
- Proven experience in customer service and digital marketing;
- Ability to write, interpret text and analyze data in Portuguese and English;
- Knowledge of outbound techniques;
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills with customers, internal staff and partners in video, telephone, e-mail and face-to-face meetings;
- Knowledge in marketing automation tools such as Reev and Reply.io.
Desirable:
- Technical and practical knowledge in Outbound;
- Certified Outbound Marketing & Sales by Reev Academy;
- Knowledge in SPIN methodology and Predictable Revenue;
- Knowledge of qualification frameworks;
- Knowledge of the ASANA platform.
